Equity in the Built Environment: National Park Service

The New York State Equal Rights Heritage Center and Harriet Tubman National Historical Park, both of Auburn, NY, are pleased to present, Equity in the Built Environment: National Park Service. Created by the National Building Museum, The National Building Museum in Washington, D.C. (nbm.org).

Harriet Tubman National Historical Park in Auburn, NY is a new park. Currently, work continues to restore Tubman's church where she attended services for 22 years and where she was buried from. This program touches on the importance of the buildings and landscape within the park to accurately tell the story of Harriet Tubman.
